My schedule has been jam-packed so I am really surprised that I blogged every day this week! With very little time to do much of anything, I was still able to squeeze in a quick ab workout every night. Maybe it can help you out when you are short on time!
Now remember, what you eat has a much bigger impact on your body than any amount of exercise, so don't expect to get a six-pack with this overnight. I'm a fan of this series because of the burn that comes in such a short amount of time. It is as if my waist feels tighter the moment I'm done! I found this a few months ago on YouTube (click here to watch the complete routine) and have been meaning to try it since. It worked out perfectly this week.
