While browsing Tumblr this week, I stumbled across the blog Inspire Me Thin. Along with the great motivational posts, I found a challenge that caught my eye: Jumping Jacks!
Did you know that 7000 jumping jacks can burn off a pound? No, I do not plan on doing that every day (that is bonkers), but it shows how beneficial jumping jacks can be for your cardio workout. So for the month of June, I will challenge myself to do this challenge every day. Just 20 minutes a day! I spend more time online! And we can all definitely spend a little more time away from the computer screen, right?
