"Balloon House" is my most popular fabric in my Spoonflower shop. I can't say for sure, but it's probably safe to say it is because the pattern can be great for nurseries that are going for a Disney Pixar "Up" theme. Did you know the design is available as wallpaper and gift wrap too? I can't wait for the next baby shower so I can wrap diapers with it! I have never been one for constructing pants, so I admit that overalls were a bit ambitious. With all the imperfections of this project, I am even more determined to conquer boys clothes! There are so many patterns I want to try, and of course, practice will make perfect. Maybe not "perfect", but at least wearable! Not that these aren't wearable, but I can't stand my crooked stitches (it makes me want to punch walls!). Oh, and I'm a bit out of practice with button holes. They have always been my nemesis. Button holes and sewing machine bobbins...they're so mean. ;) With all that said, I still think they look pretty darn cute. Lou better appreciate the three-four hour sessions I spend on his pants! Have you created awesome projects with this Cozy Reverie fabric?
Share it on Instagram so I can see!
