2015 was definitely the year of the DIY at Cozy Reverie. Tutorials, free downloads and printables, my own Pinteresting adventures...you name it. I was obsessed! This love probably grew from the fact that my designs in the Etsy shop are pretty much do-it-yourself projects. Totally makes sense, right?
I also had more wonderful sponsors for the blog and incredible collaborations with talented artists. Now this is what I’m talking about! Art is my one true love, so when I get to work with others, it is THE BEST.
While I’ve been busy planning for 2016, let’s take a short, but sweet trip down memory lane, shall we?
I must have had one DIY project a week this year - crazy, right? I had a Disney DIY week, a Coffee DIY week, Donut DIY, and a Craft Party week. Still, there are three posts that stood out as this year’s favorites:
Cozy Reverie Greeting Card Favorites
I have a huge idea list for 2016 because of the popularity of certain cards in the shop. While custom cards are definitely the top seller, the designs below have inspired a whole new direction for the Etsy shop and I can't wait til you guys see it!
Popular Cozy Reverie Style
During the summer, I felt like I was churning out patterns and designs left and right. However, I could see a certain few that remained popular throughout 2015. I’m not surprised because I totally love them too!
I love working with all kinds of sponsors, and since Cozy Reverie tends to be a style blog, we got to see accessories and clothing this year. My favorites were the ones specifically for the boys.
Artists I Love
I live for collaborations! Not only did I already adore these artists before I started working with them, but they were an absolute pleasure to team up with.
CRAY CRAY Projects
Sometimes I forget that I am only one person behind this blog. That sounds so dumb, but it’s true. I just believe I can do it all (then reality totally kicks me in the face). That is why I’m highlighting some of my ambitious projects of the year. I’m amazed I completed them and totally survived.
P.S. - I will be part of a majorly fun project in 2016 with A Waltz Through Disney. Be sure to follow along on Facebook to find out what it is!
I would love to take another moment to thank my wonderful Kickstarter backers! There is NO WAY Cozy Reverie would be where it is today without your incredible support. You guys are so rad and I heart you so hard.
2016 promises to be one heck of a year! BIG changes are already in the works, so I insist that you follow along on Instagram. To get a better feel of what you would like to see on Cozy Reverie, please take this survey. It’s super short and will help me out tons!
Many thanks again, lovely peeps! Have a wonderful and happy New Year!
