Anybody else in need for a mental reset? For the past few years, this world has become truly overwhelming, so I want to keep myself accountable on taking care of my mental health. A huge part of this is self-care. Last week, on Instagram, we talked about our own self-love languages.

So many of us still feel guilty when we take time to ourselves or buy ourselves gifts, but we shouldn't. To be able to take care of one another, we need to take care of ourselves first. Self-care isn't selfish.
So let's discuss how we practice self-love languages. We can all use a little bit of all 5 in my honest opinion:
Out of curiosity, which self-love language do you practice the most? My favorite is gift-giving, but that tends to fade quickly, so quality time is the one that benefits me most!
