On this Fit Friday, I am on the road!
I will be in wonderful Anaheim which means I will not have my normal equipment for a workout. Sure, I could bring a DVD, but I would rather travel with as little as possible. Since the D23 Expo will be keeping me very busy for the next three days, I have scheduled a morning and evening workout. Super short, but intense enough to work the whole body. The below routine was found on the Athlean XX for Women blog (which I have pinned onto my "quick workouts" board on Pinterest). I just have to make sure to remember to warm up and cool down. I tend to skip those and that is a HUGE no-no.
