Okay, I have to be honest with you guys: I am a total lazy bum.
I make excuses not to work out. If I spent as much time exercising as much as I spend time whining about "not having time", I would be a fitness model! Well, that is about to change! I hope.
I am easing back into squeezing mini workouts throughout the day, one of which is the Squat Challenge (image above). No, it is not exactly a weight loss method, but it IS beneficial. It gets me moving!
Now you might be wondering, "what does this have to do with a style blog?" Everything! I want to wear the clothes I want but I am not going to be able to if I gain weight. Health is a huge part of your confidence and personality. You need to be healthy to be happy.
So every Friday, you will see a fitness post from me. No, I am not an expert. No, I will not give advice. Yes, you will see my journey and what works for me.
Oh and yes, you will see fitness fashion outfit posts. ;)
