This week I was stressing over trying to plan a two-year old's birthday party. For some reason, being known as an artist and blogger, I felt an obligation to design a new party pack, make amazing goodies bags, and style amazing photographs. One day, as I was plugging away for all these plans and adding up the costs (design my own stuff is not cheap), I realized Louie doesn't care one bit about all that stuff. He couldn't care less about the paper plates or what party favors his friends will receive. He just loves to run around and play! So that's what we're doing. We are just going to run around and play, most likely at Disneyland. Letting go of these plans was a huge weight off my shoulders and now I'm really excited to just hang out with our little scoundrel! Plus, Halloween is coming so I need all the extra time I can get - haha! Do you ever figure out ways to get rid of overwhelm? Lay them on me! I love hearing about this topic.
In the meantime, here are some Fri-YAY Faves!
